Fantastic location at Navy Pier with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was noisy at night due to footsteps above. Enjoyed the themed dinner nights and the views. Customer service needed improvement.

The waterfront view was incredible. Loved the corner sofa in the room. Super clean and comfy beds. Great location near festival hall. Tons of food nearby. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Room had air conditioning, minibar, microwave, and a flat-screen TV. Fitness center was a nice bonus too!

great view and friendly staff made for a nice stay.
the heater in the room was really loud and kept me up. also, the bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with a backache.
